• Storage capacity: approx. 15,000 mt (wheat-equivalent)
• Location & access: ~30 km west of Varna, with convenient road and rail connections
• Marine access: deep-water berths (300+ m total quay length) with max departure draft 11.20 m, suitable for vessels up to ~45,000 dwt

TPP Ezerovo – 4 Flat Warehouse Cells
• Configuration: 4 flat warehouse cells
• Area per cell: 1,387 m²
• Storage capacity: ~6,500 mt per cell (wheat-equivalent)
• Total (4 cells): ~26,000 mt
• Marine access: deep-water berths with max departure draft 11.5 m, suitable for larger vessels
• Purpose: interim storage of bulk cargoes (grains and oilseeds), pre-staging for vessel operations, flexible split-lot management
• Connectivity: controlled 24/7 truck access and fast links to major regional transport corridors

Port Varna East – Warehouse 6
• Area: 3,400 m² covered warehouse
• Storage capacity: approx. 12,000 mt (wheat-equivalent)
• Marine access: deep-water berths with max departure draft 11.5 m, suitable for larger vessels
• Purpose: interim storage of bulk cargoes (grains and oilseeds), pre-staging for vessel operations
• Connectivity: direct road and rail access providing flexible logistics and fast cargo turnover

What We Offer
• Warehouse Management: inventory control and traceability, rotation (FIFO/LIFO), dispatch planning, and split-lot management
• Port Operations: vessel loading and discharging of bulk cargoes – mainly grains and oilseeds – in coordination with terminal operators
• Flow Coordination: synchronization of truck and rail movements, berth scheduling, and real-time communication with terminal control centers
• Additional Services: cargo tallying, fumigation assistance, and related support
